Rug & Home Scholarship

The Rug & Home Scholars Program offers two $1,000 annual scholarships to two eligible candidates decided upon by committee. Our first scholarship is designed specifically for a student interested in pursuing a college degree in interior design. Rug & Home is an interior design destination, known regionally and nationally for it's great sense of color and design, with specific interest and expertise in the age-old tradition of handmade rugs. Therefore, supporting students pursuing a career in home fashions and interior design is an extension of who we are as a company, and we are happy to be able to support future design professionals in this way.

The second scholarship will be awarded to a humanitarian student who gives back to their community and has demonstrated exceptional character. Our founders are big believers in giving back to the communities who have supported Rug & Home, whether it be locally in the areas where our stores operate or abroad in the places where our products are made. It has always been a deep passion of our founders to inspire this same love of helping others in young people, and that's what this scholarship is intended to celebrate.
