My wife and I stopped in on a whim, not planning to purchase a rug but the service there was so incredibly amazing we couldn't resist. Unfortunately it's rare to experience above-and-beyond service, but these guys have it down. It seems to stem from the manager (Michael I believe was his name) and his dedication to customers. Very, very highly recommended. And the rug is very nice as well!
